AUGUST 17, 2009 AVERREY'S FIRST DAY OF 2ND GRADE

Averrey was so excited for school to start! Finally it came! She had a great day! She likes her teacher and got to see all of her friends! And of course she is in 2nd grade this year and full of TUDE!

HAPPY 32ND BIRTHDAY TYSON!

Tyson turned 32 on August 10. He had to go to work of course. So we celebrated it the next day. We had a huge mess of a house cause we were right in the middle of getting tile so our little family had a birthday party up in Tayvin's room. We sang Happy Birthday and had cake. It was fun!

Then I took Tyson to get a massage, then we went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner, then went and saw the Ugly Truth. We had alot of fun!

WHO?........ME?

I was in the kitchen doing something and Tyson walks in and sees Tayvin. This is what he sees........

He was playing with his little puff snacks and some how got the lid off and we had puffs all over the place!

SWIMMING WITH THE FAM

Tyson's Aunt Brynn had a swim party at her house and they celebrated Tyson and Mindy's birthday. The girls finally got to meet Louie (Mindy's boyfriend) Daicia just loved him. They all had a great time swimming. Daicia jumped off the diving board every chance she could and Averrey wouldn't even dare. Tayvin had a blast splashing of course. Thanks for a great time!

GIRLS TRIP TO POTTERS POND

So us girls went on a campin trip to Potters Pond. We had a blast: camping in Angela's mansion trailer, riding 4 wheelers, gettin dirty, eatin smores, playing lasso golf, and of course posing for the camera!!! Here are some picture from our awesome trip. Thanks Angela and Tyler for providing the mansion for us to camp in!

19. Midnight phone calls that last for hours.

21. Laughing for absolutely no reason at all.

23. Laughing at an inside joke with FRIENDS
24. Accidentally overhearing someone say something nice about you..
25. Waking up and realizing you still have a few hours left to sleep
26. Your first kiss (either the very first or with a new partner).
27. Making new friends or spending time with old ones.

29.. Having someone play with your hair.

32. Road trips with friends.

37... Running into an old friend and realizing that some things (good or bad) never change.
38. Watching the expression on someone's face as they open a much desired present from you.

THE POLICEMAN

The Policeman stood and faced God, which always must come to pass. He Hoped his shoes were shining. Just brightly as his brass.
"Step forward now, policeman. How shall I deal with you? Have you always turned the other cheek? To my church have you been true?"
The policeman squared his shoudlers and said, "No, Lord I guess I ain't, because those of us who carry badges can't always be a saint.
I've had to work most Sundays, and at times my talk was rough, and sometimes I've been violent, because the streets are awfully tough.
But I never took a penny, that wasn't mine to keep, I worked a lot of overtime when the bills just got to steep.
And I never passed a cry for help, though at times I shook with fear. And sometimes, God forgive me, I wept unmanly tears.
I know I don't deserve a place among the people here, They never wanted me around except to calm their fear.
If you've a place for me here, Lord it needn't be so grand. I never expected or had to much, but if you don't I'll understand."
There was silence all around the throne where the saints had often trod. As the policeman waited quielty, for the judgment of his God.
"Step forward now, policeman, you've borne your burdens well. Come walk the beat on Heaven's streets, youv'e done your time in hell."
